The first week of January offers an increase in jobs in Las Vegas with one of the largest conventions, the 2015 International CES – coming to Southern Nevada from Jan. 6-9. The show, owned and produced by Consumer Electronics Association, features over 3,500 exhibitors unveiling the latest consumer technology services and products. The 2014 International CES was the largest in show history, with a record 2 million net square feet of exhibit space for over 3,200 exhibitors and over 150,000 industry attendees, including 35,000 from outside the United States.
“One-third of the world’s population interacted with CES in some way this week as we experienced the future,” said Gary Shapiro, President and CEO, CEA in a press release about the 2014 CES.
